Things to remember:
- Only 你 can request an official transcript.
- Only official transcripts may be released to 你 or a third party.
- We can process 你r transcript request only if there is no balance on 你r account.
Transcript Costs
The cost per transcript is $5.
Ordering Method
Online
Go to the National Student Clearinghouse website. This is the quickest and most convenient option to use when requesting a transcript. You can also track 你r order. This option also has a small processing fee.

Print the Transcript Request form, fill it out completely along with a check or money order and mail it (faxed and emailed requests not accepted) to us at:

In Person
Stop by the Administration building at 1810 Young Street with 你r photo ID to speak with the Registrar and bring a completed Transcript Request form.
